DGFP's eMIS Initiative: Paperless Roadmap

Directorate General of Family Planning has been working to digitize its routine Management Information System (MIS) through 'eMIS Initiative'. To date, eMIS initiative has been implemented in 32 districts. Of them, Tangail has become ready to be fully paperless in managing routine service data using eMIS tools. On this occasion, the paperless roadmap of the eMIS initiative has been declared. The ceremony was held on March 1, 2020 at Pan Pacific Sonargaon in Dhaka. USAID's MaMoni MNCSP along with its partners icddr,b and Measure Evaluation have been working to support DGFP's eMIS unit to achieve this.
During the program, guests were welcomed by Mr. Manoj Kumar Roy, Joint Secretary & Director (MIS), DGFP.
Mr. Zahid Maleque, MP, hoborable Minister of Health and Family Welfare attended the program as the chief guest. Quazi A. K. M. Mohiul Islam, Director General (Grade 1), Directorate General of Family Planning presided over the program as chair.
